Description

The Dito Sama TR300 is a heavy-duty floor-standing vegetable slicer for high-volume professional kitchens, handling slicing, grating, shredding (julienne), dicing, and French fries with a 300 mm blade disc. Driven by a 1.5 kW motor and rated for 600 to 5,000 meals per service, it suits everything from restaurant table service to large-scale catering and institutional operations.

The unit ships as a complete working assembly — motor unit, ejector, and stand included — so it is ready to commission on delivery. An integrated external hopper-lift device on the motor base simplifies hopper changes during operation, reducing downtime on busy prep shifts. Two optional accessories extend its range further: an automatic hopper for continuous vegetable feeding, and a 9-tube long vegetable tank for cutting elongated produce into horizontal slices.

With three-phase power compatibility and a compact footprint, the TR300 is a practical choice for hotel kitchens, central production units, and catering facilities that need reliable, consistent vegetable prep at scale.
