Description

The Aurea TV300TG is a trolley-mounted electric vegetable cutter for professional kitchens, central production facilities, and high-volume catering operations that need fast, continuous prep of vegetables and fruit. Running on 400 V and drawing 1.1 kW, it delivers consistent cutting performance from a stable floor-standing base that keeps the work at an ergonomic height and frees up counter space entirely.

What sets the TV300TG apart is its dual-hopper system: one power unit accepts two interchangeable hoppers — a lever hopper for controlled, portion-by-portion cutting and a free-gravity hopper for continuous high-throughput work — so kitchens can switch between tasks without changing machines. The stop-and-go mechanism activates automatically as the lever is opened or closed, minimising operator input and reducing the risk of unintended cuts. Hoppers and the lever are constructed in stainless steel for durability and straightforward cleaning in demanding back-of-house environments.

The TV300TG suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering commissaries where versatility and uptime matter: one machine, two hopper configurations, and a compact trolley footprint that moves where the work is.
