Description
Description
The Robot Coupe CL 40 is a continuous feed vegetable preparation machine for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations handling 20 to 80 meals per service. Built in France and rated at 0.5 kW, it runs on a brushless industrial induction motor with a stainless steel shaft — engineered for consistent, high-volume prep without the noise and maintenance of brushed alternatives, operating below 70 dB(A).
The countertop, bowl-free design keeps the workflow moving: product feeds in continuously through a large rectangular hopper or the 58 mm cylindrical tube, and cut product exits directly into your container below. Two discs are included out of the box — a 2 mm grater and a 4 mm slicer — and the full Robot Coupe disc range is compatible for expanded cuts. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe, cutting end-of-service cleanup to a minimum.
At 16 kg with a compact 303 × 224 mm footprint, the CL 40 fits tight prep stations and is the right choice for kitchens that need reliable daily throughput without committing to a floor-standing unit.
