Description
Description
The Aurea TV200 is a table-top electric vegetable and fruit cutter, manufactured in Bozzolo, Mantova, Italy, designed for professional kitchens that need consistent, high-volume prep across a broad range of produce. Running on 400 V and drawing 0.75 kW, it handles everything from delicate tomatoes, mushrooms and citrus to firm root vegetables like potatoes, carrots and turnips — switching between produce types via two dedicated blade sets included in the box.
The machine ships with falcate blades optimised for soft or juicy produce and standard blades for firm vegetables, plus slicing discs, covering dicing cuts from 5 to 20 mm. The stainless steel and aluminium cutting head is controlled by flush-mounted stainless steel push buttons that stay clean and hygienic in a busy prep environment, and the dice grids are coated for straightforward dishwasher cleaning — reducing turnaround time between services.
The TV200 suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and high-volume cafés where speed and uniformity of cut directly affect plate presentation and cook times. Its compact bench-mounted footprint keeps valuable worktop space free without sacrificing throughput.
