Description
Description
The Brunner Anliker GSM 5 is a continuous-feed vegetable slicer and cutter made in Switzerland, capable of processing up to 150 kg/h — enough for approximately 300 servings — making it a practical workhorse for restaurant prep kitchens, hotel catering operations, and high-volume cafés. Its compact 0.26 kW maintenance-free induction motor drives the cutting head quietly and without ongoing servicing, while the 45° hopper angle feeds produce smoothly into the machine.
With around 50 available cutting disc options, the GSM 5 handles a wide range of slicing, grating, and dicing tasks. The drawing-cut (Schleppschnitt) method reduces cell damage, helping preserve nutrients and vitamins in the finished product — a meaningful advantage when prep quality matters. The cast stainless steel body and cutting head are built for daily professional use, and the antimicrobial glass fibre composite discs are HACCP-friendly and dishwasher safe for fast, compliant cleaning between tasks.
A double safety interlock on both the hopper head and the food pusher meets commercial kitchen safety requirements without slowing down operation. The GSM 5 suits any professional kitchen that needs reliable, high-throughput vegetable preparation with minimal maintenance and straightforward hygiene management.
