Description
Description
The AlexanderSolia G 5.1 (Cutty) is a tabletop fruit and vegetable cutter made in Remscheid, Germany, designed for professional kitchens serving 30 to 200 covers per day. Its stainless steel body and impact-resistant aluminium die-cast side panels are built for daily production use in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and staff canteens.
A stepless variable speed control spanning 130–360 rpm lets the operator match cutting speed precisely to the product, while the 173 cm² feed chute handles large batches efficiently. The machine slices, cuts, grates, shreds and dices, and the cut material drops directly into a GN 1/1 container up to 150 mm deep — keeping prep workflows clean and organised. An automatic safety cut-off on the cutting flap is standard.
The removable cutting lid and dishwasher-safe parts keep cleaning fast between service shifts. Note that cutting discs are not included and must be ordered separately, giving operators the flexibility to spec exactly the disc set their menu requires.
