The Dito Sama TR210 is a continuous-feed tabletop vegetable slicer for high-volume professional kitchens, capable of processing up to 2100 kg/h with a 5–6 kg automatic hopper. Its asynchronous silent industrial motor runs at two speeds — 340 or 680 rpm — giving operators precise control over texture and throughput for slicing, grating, julienne, dicing and French fries cuts.

Built for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large canteens serving up to 1000 meals per service, the TR210 handles sustained prep demands without slowing the line. All food-contact parts — hopper, lever and cutting chamber — are stainless steel, removable without tools and dishwasher safe, keeping hygiene routines fast between services.

The machine ships ready to work, including the automatic hopper, cutting chamber and ejector disc, and its IP55-rated electrical controls are designed to withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen environment.
