The Aurea TV300TL is a trolley-mounted vegetable cutter with lever hopper, designed for high-volume prep in medium and large professional kitchens. Running on a 1.1 kW, 400 V motor, it handles dense, bulky produce — cabbages, eggplants, carrots, zucchini and similar vegetables — at the throughput that busy restaurant, hotel and catering operations demand.

The lever hopper delivers stop-and-go automatic control: the cutting cycle starts and stops as the operator presses the lever, keeping the process safe and consistent.
