Description
The Aurea TV300TL is a trolley-mounted vegetable cutter with lever hopper, designed for high-volume prep in medium and large professional kitchens. Running on a 1.1 kW, 400 V motor, it handles dense, bulky produce — cabbages, eggplants, carrots, zucchini and similar vegetables — at the throughput that busy restaurant, hotel and catering operations demand.
The lever hopper delivers stop-and-go automatic control: the cutting cycle starts and stops as the operator presses the lever, keeping the process safe and consistent. The stainless steel lever and hopper are built for daily heavy use, and the trolley construction accepts interchangeable hoppers — including a free gravity hopper — so the machine adapts to different product types without additional equipment.
