Description

The Saro AS 300 is an electric gravity slicer for professional kitchens, fitted with a 300 mm hardened and chromium-plated steel blade that cuts from paper-thin zero-gap slices up to 13 mm thick. The anodized aluminum housing keeps the machine light enough to reposition on the counter while staying robust under daily service conditions.

A belt-driven motor and ball bearing carriage deliver smooth, consistent passes through charcuterie, cooked meats and cheese, making the AS 300 a practical choice for delis, hotel breakfast operations, catering prep kitchens and mid-volume restaurant service. The built-in knife sharpener maintains blade edge without removing the unit from the line, and a blade protection ring adds a layer of operator safety. Note that this model is rated for intermittent rather than continuous operation.
