Description

The Sirman Topaz 275 is a gravity-feed electric meat slicer for professional kitchens, fitted with a 275 mm (11-inch) forged, hardened blade that cuts from paper-thin to 13 mm thick in a single smooth pass. Built in Italy from anodized cast aluminium alloy, it runs on a silent asynchronous ventilated motor via a maintenance-free PoliV belt drive, keeping noise and downtime low on a busy service line.

A cast-in fixed sharpener, self-lubricating 2-bearing carriage guide and safety interlock switch are built into the machine as standard — no add-ons required. The sliding food pusher with adjustable steel teeth handles a 220 × 225 mm hopper opening, making it well suited for whole joints, cured meats and deli cuts in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and delicatessens. The blade is available in standard, Teflon-coated or toothed variants to match your specific produce.
