Description

The Sirman Canova 250 is a manual gravity-feed meat slicer for professional kitchens, fitted with a 250 mm blade and a 147 W belt-driven motor capable of cutting slices up to 19 mm thick. Its 38° blade inclination and 275 mm carriage run make it well suited to continuous slicing of cold cuts, charcuterie and cooked meats in restaurants, delis, hotel kitchens and catering operations.

The anodized aluminium alloy body keeps weight manageable at 24.5 kg while standing up to daily kitchen use. A chrome-plated, ground slide rod with self-lubricating bushings ensures smooth, consistent carriage movement, and vulcanized rubber carriage stops protect both the machine and the operator. The enclosed, sealed belt pulley reduces maintenance, and a built-in sharpening tool with bottom protection is included as standard — keeping the blade ready without the need for external equipment.

IP44-rated controls, rubber feet for stability, and switchable voltage compatibility across single and three-phase supplies make the Canova 250 a practical, low-maintenance choice for kitchens that need reliable, accurate slicing day in and day out.
