Description
Description
The Sirman Topaz 250 CE is a gravity cold-cuts slicer for professional foodservice, fitted with a 250 mm forged hardened steel blade set at a 25° inclination and capable of cutting slices up to 13 mm thick. The anodized cast aluminium alloy body keeps the unit at just 14 kg, making it practical for counter use in delis, hotel kitchens, restaurants and catering operations where space and ease of handling matter.
The asynchronous poly-V belt drive motor runs at 1,400 rpm and draws only 0.145 kW, delivering consistent, quiet cutting with low energy consumption during extended service. The self-lubricating carriage bushes reduce maintenance demands, and the 230 × 230 mm hopper plate accommodates standard cold-cut portions across the full 240 mm carriage travel. Note that the CE base variant ships without a built-in sharpener — blade maintenance requires a separate sharpening tool.
