Description
Description
The Sirman Palladio 350 Automec is an automatic gravity-feed meat and deli slicer for high-volume production in restaurants, hotel kitchens, delicatessens and catering operations. Its 350 mm chromium-plated 100Cr6 forged carbon steel blade and independently driven carriage deliver up to 37 slices per minute at a maximum cut thickness of 23 mm — while the variable-speed (VV) drive variant extends that range from 4 to 50 slices per minute, giving operators precise control over output pace.
The Palladio 350 Automec is built for continuous duty: the anodized aluminum alloy body is paired with a welded and fully rounded stainless steel automatism structure, a fan-cooled carriage motor with oil bath reduction, and stainless steel screws and fittings throughout. A switch arm converts the machine between automatic and manual operation without tooling, and the 305 × 270 mm hopper accepts a wide range of product formats. Optional accessories — including the Nettuno hopper and a slice counter — allow the machine to be configured for specific production workflows.
