Description

The Sirman MIRRA 300 Y09 is a gravity-fed, inclined manual food slicer built for continuous professional use in restaurants, delis, hotel kitchens and catering operations. Its 300 mm forged and hardened steel blade — driven by a 210 W ventilated motor — cuts slices up to 13 mm thick across a 285 mm carriage run, handling everything from cured meats to hard cheeses with consistent results.

The body is cast from anodized aluminium alloy for durability and easy cleaning, while self-lubricating bushes and lapped pins keep the carriage running smoothly without routine greasing. A cast-in sharpener assembly maintains blade edge on-site, and the included CE-certified carriage release device meets professional safety requirements. Teflon-coated or toothed blade variants are available on demand for operators who need to handle different product types.
