Description
Description
The Sirman Smart 250 is a gravity-feed countertop meat slicer for delis, butcher counters, restaurants and hotel kitchens that need reliable daily slicing in a compact footprint. Its 250 mm chromium-plated 100Cr6 forged steel blade — ground and tempered for lasting edge retention — cuts up to 13 mm thick across a 247 mm carriage run, handling cold cuts, charcuterie and boneless meats with consistent results.
The belt-driven, fan-cooled 0.132 kW motor sits inside a die-cast food-grade aluminium alloy (EN-AB 44100) body, keeping the machine light at 15.5 kg and straightforward to move between stations. Self-lubricating carriage bushes and lapped pins reduce maintenance, while the removable dual-action built-in sharpener with two emery wheels keeps the blade service-ready without calling in a technician. CE certified and supplied at 230 V / 50 Hz for standard European mains.
