Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches Saladete 4 × GN 1/1 is a refrigerated saladette counter designed for fresh ingredient storage and prep-line service in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations. Holding four GN 1/1 pans in the open top rail and maintaining a stable +2 °C to +6 °C working temperature, it keeps salad components, garnishes, and cold starters at safe serving temperature throughout a full service shift.
The 1660 mm wide unit is built for high-volume prep lines: three solid doors and three GN 1/1 lattice shelves in the refrigerated cabinet provide ample bulk storage below, while a glass canopy protects the pan rail above. LED interior lighting makes contents easy to identify at a glance. Note that GN dishes are not included and should be ordered separately.
