Vitrum Cooling Well CTV12.1.M.1.L, 2 Doors, +2/+6°C

The Vitrum CTV12.1.M.1.L is a refrigerated cooling well for salad, topping and cold buffet service, holding chilled ingredients at +2 to +6 °C under an LED-lit sneeze guard. The top rail takes three GN 1/1-200 or six GN 1/1-150 containers, while the cabinet below has a door with an internal shelf on each side of the central cooling compressor. The body measures 1260 x 650 x 900 mm in stainless steel.

The central cooling compressor is a removable, standardised cassette that can be swapped within minutes, with a self-cleaning condenser filter, automatic defrosting, electronic control and built-in protection against power interruptions. It runs on R290 refrigerant and draws 0.25 kW on a 230 V supply. The body is insulated with high-density two-component polyurethane foam injected without joints, the doors are gasketed for a tight seal, and the legs are height-adjustable.
