Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches Saladette Counter is a two-bay refrigerated prep unit designed for high-volume salad and cold-ingredient stations in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering kitchens. Holding a working temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C, it keeps fresh ingredients at safe serving temperature throughout a busy service.
The unit accommodates two GN 1/1 pans and is fitted with two under-counter drawers for additional cold storage directly below the prep surface. A glass canopy protects ingredients while keeping them visible and accessible, and LED interior lighting ensures the work area stays clearly lit. GN dishes are not included.
