Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches Cold Bain Marie is a refrigerated saladette counter holding three GN 1/1 pans, designed for prep lines and service counters in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés. Running on 230 V at just 0.25 kW, it maintains ingredients between +2 °C and +6 °C while keeping energy costs low.
The unit includes a glass canopy to protect displayed ingredients, LED interior lighting for clear visibility, and an undercounter cabinet with two doors and two GN 1/1 shelves for organised cold storage. At 1260 mm wide, it fits comfortably into most countertop configurations. Note that GN pans are not included.
