The Vitrum Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTV08.1-1.M is a stainless steel cooling well (cold bain-marie) designed for continuous ingredient chilling on the prep line, maintaining a stable 2–6 °C working range — ideal for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and café counters where cold holding is a constant demand.

We build the CTV08.1-1.M from INOX stainless steel with seamless high-density two-component polyurethane foam insulation, keeping temperatures precise and energy draw to just 0.25 kW on a standard single-phase 230 V supply. The R290 natural refrigerant compressor is centrally positioned, automatic defrosting keeps maintenance minimal, and electronic controls with built-in power-interruption protection safeguard your product around the clock.

Height-adjustable legs adapt the unit to your counter setup, and the single low door configuration integrates cleanly into existing counter runs. GN trays are not included and are specified separately to suit your service configuration. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
