Description
The Vitrum cold marmite is a refrigerated display well with an integrated undercounter cabinet, built for professional cold buffet and salad bar service in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and cafés. Holding two full GN 1/1 trays, it maintains product temperature between +2 °C and +15 °C — keeping dressed salads, cold cuts, dairy and desserts safe and presentation-ready throughout service.
A curved glass canopy with LED lighting frames the display well, giving guests a clear, well-lit view of the food while protecting it from the environment. The stainless steel body is finished with an HPL front panel and a stainless steel plinth, combining durability with a clean, modern counter aesthetic. The refrigerated cabinet below the well provides immediately accessible cold storage for backup product, reducing back-of-house trips during busy service.
