Vitrum Cooling Well CTV08.1-1.M.1-1.LS, 2 Low Doors, +2/+6°C

The Vitrum CTV08.1-1.M.1-1.LS is a refrigerated cooling well with two low doors flanking the central cooling compressor, topped with a curved glass canopy that carries a heat lamp. The body measures 860 x 650 x 900 mm in stainless steel, holding ingredients between +2 and +6 °C.

The cooling compressor is a removable, standardised cassette that can be swapped within minutes, with a self-cleaning condenser filter, automatic defrosting, electronic control and built-in protection against power interruptions. It runs on R290 refrigerant and draws 0.25 kW on a 230 V supply. The body is insulated with high-density two-component polyurethane foam injected without joints, the doors are gasketed for a tight seal, and the legs are height-adjustable.
