The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches Saladette Counter is a refrigerated prep-top unit designed for salad and cold ingredient assembly in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and busy café lines, holding a 2 × GN 1/1 pan configuration on the top rail at a maintained temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. At just 860 mm wide, it fits neatly into compact prep lines without sacrificing GN capacity.

A glass canopy keeps ingredients visible and protected during service, while the LED-lit interior ensures clear sightlines when accessing the single-door cabinet below. The unit draws only 0.25 kW, making it an energy-efficient addition to any front-of-line cold station. Note that GN dishes are not included and must be sourced separately.

Well suited to à la carte kitchens, buffet prep counters, and sandwich or salad bars where consistent cold-holding and fast ingredient access are essential.
