Description

The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches Saladette 3 × GN 1/1 is a refrigerated preparation table designed for high-volume cold ingredient service in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. It holds three GN 1/1 pans at a steady +2 °C to +6 °C while drawing just 0.24 kW, making it an efficient countertop workhorse for salad, sandwich and pizza prep lines.

The unit is fitted with a glass canopy to protect ingredients between services and LED interior lighting for clear visibility at the rail. Four drawers running on GN 1/1 rails provide organised cold storage directly below the prep surface, keeping mise en place within easy reach during service. Note that GN containers are not included and must be sourced separately.

At 1260 mm wide and running on a standard 230 V supply, this counter fits comfortably into most existing prep lines without dedicated electrical work — a practical choice for any operation that needs reliable, low-energy refrigerated prep space at the pass.
