Description

The Retigo O 623 is a compact electric combi oven from the Retigo Orange Vision series, designed for hot air, combination, and steam cooking in one unit, with a 6 x GN 2/3 capacity suited to operations serving 30–50 portions per day. Injection-based steam generation covers four distinct cooking modes — hot air, combination, full steam up to 130 °C, and gentle bio-steaming up to 98 °C — giving chefs precise control over moisture and texture without a boiler.

Control is handled via a touch panel with LED display, supporting up to 99 programmable recipes with 9 steps each, while the built-in USB port and VisionCombi PC software enable HACCP data logging and remote program management. The auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution, and the standard Active Cleaning system keeps maintenance straightforward and low-cost. A Water Saving System with an integrated heat exchanger reduces water and energy consumption during operation.

Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a protective coating, the oven fits small to mid-scale professional kitchens — ideal for café kitchens, hotel breakfast operations, catering, and à la carte restaurants with limited counter space. It can be installed on a dedicated stand (ST623), wall-mounted console (KN623), or set directly on a work surface.
