Description

The Retigo B 2021 is a roll-in combi oven from the RETIGO Blue Vision series, designed for high-volume professional kitchens producing 600–900 meals per day. It accepts 20 x GN2/1 trays loaded via a standard roll-in trolley, making it a natural fit for large hotel kitchens, central production facilities, catering operations and institutional foodservice where throughput and consistency are non-negotiable.

Control is handled through an 8-inch touch panel with no mechanical buttons or wheels, backed by VisionCombi software for recipe and HACCP management over USB or Ethernet/LAN. Seven fan speeds, auto-reversing fans that stop automatically on door open, a 6-point core temperature probe, and a patented flap valve dehumidification system give kitchen teams precise control over every cook cycle. Triple-glazed door glass and 50 mm thermal insulation keep surface temperatures safe and energy consumption in check, while the built-in WSS heat exchanger reduces water consumption at the drain.

Available in electric or gas versions and with injection or boiler steam generation depending on the sub-variant, the B 2021 also includes Active Cleaning for automated low-cost wash cycles and the SDS diagnostic system for straightforward on-site servicing. HACCP data logging runs continuously in the background, supporting compliance for hotels, restaurants and catering operators.
