Description

The Retigo B 623 is a Blue Vision series electric combi oven for professional kitchens, combining convection and boilerless injection steam in a compact 683 × 602 × 586 mm footprint that holds 6 × GN 2/3 trays. Rated at 5 kW (with a 3.4 kW eco mode), it delivers 30–50 portions per day — making it a practical fit for small restaurants, hotel satellite kitchens, cafés and catering operations where counter or wall space is limited.

Control is handled through an 8-inch touchscreen, and a six-point core probe comes standard for precise internal temperature monitoring across the load. The automatic cleaning system, HACCP logging via VisionCombi PC software, and the built-in SDS diagnostic system reduce both labour and downtime. USB and Ethernet/LAN connectivity keep the oven integrated with kitchen management workflows.

The B 623 installs on a standard stand, wall-mounted console or table-top, and is available with left- or right-hand door hinge to suit the layout of any kitchen line.
