Description

The Retigo O 611 is a 7 x GN 1/1 combi oven from the Retigo Orange Vision series, designed for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations serving 51–150 meals per day. It combines convection, steam, and combined cooking in a single unit, with a temperature range of 30–300 °C and over ten cooking modes including sous-vide, Delta-T cooking, Cook & Hold, smoking, and regeneration.

Precision and consistency are built in: seven selectable fan speeds with an auto-reversing fan ensure even heat distribution across all trays, while injection or boiler steam generation (depending on sub-variant) gives operators control over moisture levels. The triple-glazed door retains heat efficiently, the electronic touch panel simplifies programme management, and HACCP data recording with USB export keeps compliance straightforward. The built-in Water Saving System (WSS) with heat exchanger reduces water and energy consumption in daily operation.

Available in electric or gas variants, with injection (i) or boiler (b) steam options, the O 611 is built from AISI 304 stainless steel and includes Active Cleaning — an automatic low-cost cleaning system — making it a practical choice for busy professional kitchens that need reliability and versatility in a compact mid-capacity footprint.
