Elframo Hood Dishwasher NEXA H500, 500×500 mm, 60 Racks/h

The Elframo NEXA H500 is a hood-type pass-through dishwasher for restaurants, hotels and high-volume catering kitchens, working with standard 500 × 500 mm baskets and clearing up to 60 baskets an hour on its shortest cycle — around 1,080 plates. Its 400 mm useful passage takes tall pans and trays as easily as plated crockery, and the AISI 304 stainless steel body is double-skinned with thermal insulation across the hood, boiler and tank to hold heat and noise down in a busy servery.

Four wash programs run at 60, 90, 120 and 180 seconds, each with times and temperatures you can adjust, alongside dedicated cold-rinse, sanitising, eco and end-of-day self-cleaning routines. A 4.3-inch waterproof and shockproof touch display shows the selected programme with live tank and boiler temperatures and stays responsive through wet gloves, while a single mechanical button handles power, cycle start and emergency stop. The 46-litre wash tank and 4-litre boiler are served by peristaltic detergent and rinse-aid dosers, a drain pump, a rinse pump and an atmospheric boiler with break tank, all fitted as standard.

Elframo mounts the heating plates outside the boiler, which keeps them clear of scale, allows servicing without draining the boiler, and brings rinse water up to temperature at a lower applied wattage. With redesigned rinse jets this holds water use to 2–2.3 litres per cycle, which Elframo puts at up to 25% less water and 40% better energy efficiency than the equivalent previous models. The machine supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for remote monitoring and diagnostics through Elframo's app, with a WiFi unit, 8- or 12-litre water softeners and uprated 2.3 kW heating plates available as options.
