The Hobart AM900-10A is a hood-type dishwasher for professional kitchens, capable of washing up to 60 racks per hour using 500×500 mm baskets — making it a reliable high-throughput choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large cafés. The manually lifted hood and 7.1 kW electric draw keep operation straightforward and energy use predictable across a busy service.

Electronic push-button controls with a digital temperature display let staff monitor actual wash and rinse temperatures at a glance, while selectable cycle times adapt to load and soil level. Built-in dosing pumps handle liquid detergent and rinse aid automatically, and an automatic drain with self-cleaning cycle runs on switch-off to keep the machine hygienic between shifts. An optional integrated water softener is available for hard-water sites.

Installation is flexible: the AM900-10A can be wall-mounted or free-standing, and supports corner placement with just 107 mm lateral clearance — with no rear wall clearance required. Front and side panels are removable for straightforward servicing. This is a German-manufactured, 400 V / 50 Hz European-market unit; electrical connection must be completed by an authorised technician in compliance with local codes.
