Description

The Hobart AMX-10A is a hood type pass-through dishwasher from the PROFI AMX line, built for high-volume warewashing in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens. Running on 400 V / 3-phase at 7.1 kW, it processes up to 60 racks per hour — translating to 1,080 plates or 2,160 glasses per hour — using just 2.0 litres of water per cycle, making it a strong choice where throughput and running costs both matter.

The machine's fully enclosed 4-sided hood captures exhaust energy and delivers savings of up to 3 kW per cycle, with the optional VAPOSTOP ER heat recovery system available for further efficiency gains. The GENIUS-X² fine filter system handles continuous pre-filtering without manual intervention, while ACCURINSE dispenses a precise 2 L per rack. Cycle programmes of 60, 90 or 180 seconds — selected via the hood-mounted VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control — let operators match throughput to service pace. A USB interface enables download of operational and hygiene data for HACCP documentation.

Constructed from stainless steel 1.4301 throughout and manufactured in Germany, the AMX-10A supports straight-through or corner installation to fit varied kitchen layouts. It ships complete with fill/drain hoses, detergent and rinse aid dispensers, rinse and drain pumps, and a back-flow preventer — ready to integrate into an existing pass-through line from day one.
