Hood Pass-Through Dishwasher, 60 Racks/h, 10.5 kW

The Jemi GS-85 is a hood type pass-through dishwasher for high-volume restaurant, hotel, and catering kitchens, capable of washing up to 60 racks per hour — equivalent to 640–960 plates per hour — with selectable 1 or 2-minute wash cycles. Running on three-phase power at 10.5 kW, it consumes just 2.3 litres per cycle, keeping operating costs low even under continuous service pressure.

Built for durability and hygiene, the GS-85 features an AISI 304 stainless steel structure and stand (2 mm thick) paired with a seamless, weld-free AISI 316 stainless steel pressed tank with rounded corners — eliminating bacteria traps. The double hood (CD) configuration allows true pass-through workflow, while the automatic cycle-start hood system, integrated drainage pump, detergent dosing unit, pressure pump, break tank, and the EPS steam condensation and energy-saving system come as standard, giving operators a fully equipped, ready-to-run machine out of the box.
