Hood Dishwasher, 500x500 mm, 60 Racks/h, 9.8 kW

The Elframo C 66 VE is a hood type dishwasher with a fixed 500×500 mm basket, designed for high-volume warewashing in restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens and cafés. Running on 400 V and drawing 9.8 kW, it delivers up to 60 racks per hour — enough throughput to keep a busy service moving without bottlenecks.

The machine is built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a single-skin hood and double-skin walls for durability and heat retention. Electronic controls, dual rotating wash and rinse arms, and an in-tank pump filter ensure consistent cleaning results, while independent fixed and adjustable thermostats give precise temperature management for both the wash tank and rinse boiler. The hood opening accommodates items up to 390 mm tall, covering most plates, pots and gastronorm containers.

Optional upgrades — including a peristaltic detergent dispenser, waste evacuation pump and pressure booster pump — allow the C 66 VE to be configured for more demanding or space-constrained installations.
