The Elframo NEXA U500 is a front-loading commercial dishwasher for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and busy café kitchens, capable of processing up to 60 racks per hour in a standard 500×500 mm basket format. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a double-wall structure, it runs on 400 V and draws 4.88 kW, making it a practical fit for high-throughput countertop or under-counter installations where energy efficiency matters.

Control is handled through a 4.3" waterproof and shockproof capacitive touch screen, giving kitchen staff quick access to four fully customizable wash programs — including a soft wash cycle, cold rinse, ECO function and an HP thermal-disinfection cycle for compliance-critical environments. An innovative rinse water heating system uses external heating plates in direct contact with the atmospheric boiler, delivering consistent rinse performance while keeping energy consumption in check. Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers, a drain pump and a rinse pump all come as standard.

Independent stainless steel wash and rinse arms, in-tank stainless steel surface filters and an ergonomic door handle make daily operation and cleaning straightforward for kitchen teams. Optional remote connectivity with a dedicated app allows operators and service teams to monitor the machine off-site — a useful feature for multi-site restaurant groups or hotel facilities managers.
