Hot display cases

Hot food only sells while it looks and stays hot — a heated display case does both jobs at once, holding serving temperature in a case the queue can't miss. It's the natural step up for bakeries, canteens and convenience stores moving into grab-and-go. For back-of-house holding, bain-maries and warmers sit in hot holding and warming. Examples include Maxima heated food displays from 25 to 186 litres, Saro SOFIA, SELF, BENNET and Alva countertop warming cases, Saro MARIE, LEON, LUNA and ELINE heated displays, the ANDREAS pretzel display, a Saro chicken warming showcase, Saro nacho and French fries warmers, and Unis Kentucky HOT counters working at +30/+90 °C.
