Description
The Unis Thaya GN1 Hot is a heated countertop food display showcase designed for keeping prepared dishes at serving temperature in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and catering operations. Running on 1.1 kW at 230 V, it maintains a temperature range of +30 °C to +90 °C with a manual thermostat, making it equally suited for gentle warming and active hot-holding across a 0.34 m² display area.
Forced air circulation via a radial built-in fan ensures even heat distribution throughout the GN1-format interior, while an integrated water tray humidifies the inner space to prevent food from drying out — a critical advantage for buffet and self-service counters. Removable GN1 shelves allow quick reconfiguration, and LED interior lighting keeps displayed items visually appealing.
Built from stainless steel and weighing 52 kg, the Thaya GN1 Hot installs either as a standalone countertop unit or drops in flush to a counter by removing the front panel — giving operators flexibility in both new builds and existing service line setups.
