The Unis Thaya GN3 Hot is a counter-top heated food display showcase for restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering operations that need to hold and present hot dishes at serving temperature. Built to GN3 width across a 0.76 m² display area, it keeps food anywhere between +30 °C and +90 °C via a straightforward manual thermostat, drawing 3.1 kW at standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply.

The stainless steel construction is robust enough for high-traffic service environments, while integrated LED interior lighting ensures dishes look their best on the counter. At 91 kg net, the Thaya GN3 Hot is a solid, stable unit suited to buffet lines, hotel breakfast stations and busy à la carte pass counters where consistent food temperature and clear product visibility matter.
