Description
The Sirman Vista P2 Hot is a heated food display showcase for keeping croissants, pastries, cakes and savoury snacks warm and visible at service counters, running on a 0.45 kW electric heating element at 230 V with an adjustable thermostat up to 70 °C. The transparent plexiglas enclosure with anodised aluminium profiles gives customers a clear, unobstructed view of the product while maintaining consistent warmth throughout service.
Two stainless steel extractable shelving surfaces across two levels make restocking and cleaning straightforward, while the two vertically openable doors allow easy front access without disrupting display arrangement. Designed for cafés, hotel breakfast stations, bakeries and grab-and-go counters where presentation and food temperature both matter.
