Description
The Sirman Cube P2 Hot is a heated food display showcase designed for croissants, pastries, cakes and snacks, keeping products warm at up to 70 °C while a built-in water tank maintains humidity to prevent drying. Drawing just 0.45 kW, it runs on a standard 230 V single-phase supply and is controlled by a simple adjustable thermostat — no technical setup required.
Two extractable AISI 304 stainless steel shelves sit inside a transparent plexiglass structure with anodised aluminium columns, giving customers full visibility of the display while staff can access products quickly through two vertically openable doors on one side. At under 10 kg net, the Cube P2 Hot is easy to reposition on a counter and suits bakeries, cafés, hotel breakfast stations and grab-and-go food service operations. Made in Italy.
