Description

The Saro NIKLAS is a heated display for restaurants, hotels, cafés and canteens, holding 97 litres of cooked food across four rotating chromed grids with analogue temperature control from +30 to +90 °C. An illuminated display panel and a rear door for restocking complete the cabinet.

A water pan for air humidification is included. The stainless steel cabinet runs on 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.2 kW; external dimensions are 460 x 448 x 785 mm and net weight is 22 kg (24 kg gross).
