The Saro ELINE 160 is a floor-standing heated food showcase designed for hot holding and display of prepared dishes, with a 160-litre capacity and a temperature range of +30 °C to +90 °C. Its curved glass construction gives customers a clear, unobstructed view of the food while the LED interior lighting keeps presentation sharp even in busy service environments.
Running on a single-phase 230 V supply at just 1.5 kW, the ELINE 160 is an energy-efficient choice for restaurants, hotel buffets, canteens and grab-and-go cafés that need reliable hot-holding without heavy electrical infrastructure. Digital temperature control lets staff dial in precise holding temperatures across three shelves, keeping a varied menu — from roasted meats to side dishes — consistently at safe serving temperature throughout a full service shift.
