The Unis Qubic HOT900 is a heated tabletop display counter for front-of-house food presentation, capable of stand-alone placement or fully built-in drop-in installation in a counter surface. It maintains food at serving temperature across a 30–80 °C range using a combined heated mat and infrared emitter system — no water, no moisture, keeping displayed dishes at their best without condensation or drying risk.
Constructed from stainless steel and tempered glass with LED interior lighting, the HOT900 is well suited to restaurants, hotel buffets, café counters and catering operations where visible, warm food display matters. The 900 mm length provides a practical run of presentation space, and the single adjustable shelf lets operators configure the interior around different dish heights. Wing doors on the service side allow quick, clean access for staff replenishment.
