Description

The Sirman Mirra 250 C is a gravity-feed manual slicer with a 250 mm (10 inch) blade, built in anodised cast aluminium alloy for everyday slicing of cold cuts, cheese and cured meats in restaurants, delicatessens and hotel kitchens. The 147 W ventilated motor runs the forged, hardened blade at a 25 degree inclination, the carriage travels 245 mm on self-lubricating bushes and lapped pins, and the thickness gauge sets slices from paper-thin up to 13 mm. The hopper measures 230 by 240 mm.

Cleaning is designed in: a wide gap between blade and motor, stainless steel screws and slice deflector, and a cast-in sharpener assembly. The CE professional version has a device for releasing the carriage. Teflon-coated or toothed blades are available on request.

The slicer weighs 16 kg net and measures 570 by 560 by 475 mm overall with the carriage extended. It ships in a 600 by 500 by 420 mm carton at 18 kg gross. Made in Italy by Sirman.
