Description
Description
The Pizza Group Entry 12 is an electric twin-deck pizza oven for pizzerias, restaurants and catering operations, capable of baking 12 pizzas simultaneously — 6 per deck at up to ø 34 cm — at temperatures reaching 450 °C. Built in Italy, each of its two fully independent chambers sits on a refractory chamotte stone hearth measuring 70 × 105 cm, delivering the thermal mass and even base heat that consistent Neapolitan and classic pizza requires.
Both chambers are controlled independently via dedicated mechanical thermostats and a thermometer, so operators can run different products at different temperatures at the same time. Glazed tempered-glass doors give a clear view of each deck without opening, while interior heat-resistant lighting keeps the bake visible at all times. Drawing 14.4 kW on a 400 V / 3-phase supply, the oven is well suited to high-volume service where reliable, repeatable results matter. An optional full refractory lining (ceiling and side walls) is available for kitchens demanding maximum stone-bake performance.
The stainless steel exterior is built for professional kitchen environments, and a range of optional accessories — including a ventilation hood, motorised hood, mobile stand and wheel kit — makes integration straightforward in both fixed and flexible kitchen layouts.
