The Moretti Forni iDD 105.105 is an electric double-deck pizza oven from the iDeck Digital Double series, capable of baking up to 18 pizzas (Ø 30 cm) simultaneously across two fully independent chambers, with a maximum temperature of 450 °C. Each deck features a refractory brick baking surface and is controlled separately via Moretti Forni's Dual-Temp Technology — two thermocouples per chamber allow ceiling and floor temperatures to be set independently, giving operators precise crust and topping control without compromise.

Built for high-volume professional kitchens, the iDD 105.105 suits pizzerias, restaurants, hotels and catering operations that need consistent, authentic results at speed. The stainless steel exterior, mineral wool thermal insulation and armored heating elements are engineered for continuous-use environments, while tempered glass doors with full-length handles and internal illumination let staff monitor baking without opening the oven. CE-certified and made in Italy, it runs on a 400 V / 3N / 50 Hz three-phase supply at 23.1 kW.
