Description

The Saro PALERMO 2 is a tabletop electric pizza oven with two independent baking chambers, each accommodating one pizza up to Ø 33 cm, for a combined output of two pizzas simultaneously. Drawing 5.0 kW total at 230 V / 50 Hz, each 2.5 kW chamber reaches up to 320 °C, with top and bottom heating elements adjustable separately for precise crust and topping control. A fireclay hearth in each chamber stores and radiates heat evenly, replicating stone-baked results in a countertop footprint suited to pizzerias, restaurants, hotel kitchens and café bars.

The stainless steel housing and rock wool insulation keep surface temperatures manageable on busy pass counters, while the compact external dimensions make it easy to fit alongside existing equipment. Connection requires hardwired installation — two cables are supplied without a plug — so plan for a dedicated circuit. The PALERMO 2 is a straightforward, reliable choice for operations that need consistent pizza output without committing floor space to a full deck oven.
