Description
The Moretti Forni PD 65.105 is a double-deck electric pizza oven from the iDeck series, designed for high-volume pizza production in restaurants, pizzerias, hotels and catering operations. Running at 15.4 kW total across 400 V three-phase supply, it holds up to 12 pizzas (Ø 280 mm) simultaneously across its two decks, each lined with refractory brick for authentic, even heat transfer from base to crust.
Each deck operates independently, with electromechanical controls for separate ceiling and floor temperature adjustment reaching up to 450 °C — giving operators precise control over different pizza styles or dough thicknesses at the same time. Armoured electric heating elements, mineral wool insulation, and a stainless steel exterior ensure thermal efficiency and durability in demanding kitchen environments. A tempered glass viewing window on every bottom-hinged door and an internal lamp make monitoring easy without breaking the bake cycle.
The PD 65.105 is CE-certified, made in Italy, and stackable onto a compatible prover (with or without humidifier) or a functional stand with rack slides — keeping the footprint compact while scaling output to match service demand.
