Description

The Moretti Forni NEAP 9 C is a professional electric deck pizza oven from the Neapolis line, designed for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and hotels that demand authentic results without gas infrastructure. Its baking chamber is built entirely from refractory bricks — ceiling, floor, and walls — with coiled heating elements embedded directly in the brick, reaching up to 510 °C and delivering the thermal mass that characterises a traditional stone-deck bake.

The chamber holds 9 pizzas up to 13" (33 cm) at once across 1.27 m² of baking surface, and at full throughput the oven is rated for 240 pizzas per hour. Electronic controls give operators independent ceiling and floor power adjustment, 20 customisable programmes, and four preset modes including self-cleaning and cooling — making it practical for busy multi-shift kitchens. The removable stainless steel door (optionally glazed with high-temperature glass) and cast-iron clad mouth opening reflect the Italian build quality the Neapolis line is known for; CE, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certifications confirm compliance for both European and North American operations.
