Description
The Saro PALERMO 1 is a tabletop electric pizza oven designed for baking one pizza at a time at up to Ø 330 mm, drawing 2.5 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply. Its fireclay refractory brick baking surface absorbs and radiates heat evenly, while rock wool insulation keeps the chamber efficient across a working range of 50 °C to 320 °C — conditions that suit both thin-crust Neapolitan-style pies and thicker artisan doughs.
Top and bottom heating elements are independently adjustable, giving chefs precise control over crust colour and topping finish without relying on a single fixed profile. The stainless steel housing and compact footprint make the PALERMO 1 a practical counter-top addition for pizzerias, hotel kitchens, cafés and catering operations that need reliable pizza output without committing to a full deck installation.
