Description
The Saro EB15 is a countertop ice cube machine for bars, cafés, hotels and small restaurants, producing up to 15 kg of ice per 24 hours at just 0.110 kW. It makes hollow cone (bullet) ice in three selectable sizes — giving operators control over ice volume and melt rate to suit cocktails, soft drinks or food presentation.
The PRO version runs on energy-saving DC motor technology and is housed in stainless steel, keeping it durable and easy to wipe down on a busy bar counter. A front viewing window lets staff check ice levels at a glance, while side handles make repositioning safe and straightforward. The unit operates in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C, making it reliable even in warm kitchen or bar environments.
Compact enough to sit on any counter at 356 × 398 × 430 mm, the EB15 suits venues that need a dependable, low-energy ice supply without committing to a floor-standing unit.
