Description
The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE is a self-contained cube ice maker from the IM EliteCUBE series, producing up to 47 kg of large standard cubes per 24 hours with a 15 kg storage bin capacity — suited to bars, hotel beverage stations, cafés and small restaurant operations that need a reliable, compact ice supply without a separate bin unit.
Running on just 0.255 kW and charged with R290 refrigerant (GWP 3), the IM-45CPE is one of the more energy- and climate-conscious options in its class. The electronic microcomputer controller handles automated cleaning cycles and alerts staff when the water circuit or condenser requires attention, keeping maintenance straightforward in busy kitchens. Optional UV-C sanitization and an internal drain pump kit are available for installations where hygiene requirements or drainage routing demand extra flexibility.
The unit ships with installation kit, adjustable legs and scoop, and is backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty. Its stainless steel AISI 441 exterior and food-grade AISI 430 internal components make it a durable fit for professional HoReCa environments operating in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C.
